This round of financing attracted major investors including DRW Venture Capital, Tradeweb Markets, Goldman Sachs, BNP Paribas, and Circle Ventures.

The company plans to use the funds to accelerate the adoption of its Layer 1 Blockchain by supporting more tokenized asset use cases (ranging from bonds and commodities to money market funds). CEO Yuval Rooz stated that this financing validates their long-term vision for a privacy-focused Blockchain designed for regulators.

Its privacy protection framework allows institutions to set confidentiality levels based on compliance standards, which is crucial for attracting large financial institutions.

This investment has also deepened ties with existing contributors such as Goldman Sachs. Goldman Sachs stated that the infrastructure of this network remains the foundation of its digital asset platform GS DAP. The momentum of Digital Asset indicates a growing market demand for permissioned Blockchain solutions that can connect traditional markets and decentralized markets.
