【币界】According to reports, U.S. District Judge Charles Breyer ruled that Trump's deployment of the National Guard to Los Angeles in response to protests against his immigration crackdown violated federal law. Judge Breyer issued an order on Tuesday prohibiting the use of military and any other military forces stationed in California to "enforce the law." However, he stayed the execution of that ruling pending further legal proceedings. Breyer wrote in his ruling: "Protests did indeed occur in Los Angeles, and some individuals engaged in violent acts. However, there was no insurrection locally, and civilian law enforcement is fully capable of managing the protests and enforcing the law."
