Gree Electric Appliances plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 12.4281 million shares, accounting for 1% of the total number of shares of the company, through centralized bidding. The reduction will be conducted within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of announcement, and the reduction price will be determined according to market conditions. Gree Electric Appliances and its concerted action Zhuhai Ronglin will jointly comply with relevant laws and regulations, and the total number of shares reduced within any consecutive 90 days shall not exceed 1% of the total number of shares of the company.
