A cryptocurrency scam gang in Changsha has been sentenced, with the amount involved exceeding one million.

According to the Gate.io News bot, Wu reported that the Loudi Intermediate Court recently announced a typical case of telecom network fraud. In this case, Liu and his gang established a fraud studio in Changsha, using a disguised Asian beauty identification to induce victims to invest in Virtual Money on the fake trading platform "Hconex".

The gang controlled the data through the backend, causing the victims to lose all their investments, with the amount involved exceeding one million yuan. The Loudi Intermediate Court ultimately convicted Liu and others for fraud, sentencing them to prison terms ranging from 7 years and 6 months to 11 years and 6 months, along with fines, and ordered the recovery of all illegal gains.
