The listed medical company Semler increased its holdings by 185 BTC, raising its total holdings to 4449 BTC.

Gate News bot news, Nasdaq-listed medical technology company Semler Scientific has spent approximately $20 million to acquire 185 Bitcoins.

The acquisition took place from May 23 to June 3, with an average price of $107,974 per Bitcoin, funded by the company's at-the-market (ATM) issuance program.

As of June 3, Semler has sold 3,544,588 shares of stock under the plan, raising approximately $136.2 million in net proceeds.

Semler has invested approximately $410 million to purchase Bitcoin at an average price of $92,158. The company currently holds a total of 4,449 Bitcoins, which are valued at around $467 million at the current price, ranking 15th among companies that adopt the same strategy.
