Liu Chen, Chairman of Shengna International Group: On-chain data is the core driving force behind the development of Web3 and RWA.
According to Techub News, the Global RWA Data Industry Conference and the Hong Kong RWA Global Industry Alliance Launch Conference were held today in Hong Kong. Liu Chen, Chairman of Shena (Hong Kong) International Group Co., Ltd., Co-Chairman of the Hong Kong Blockchain Application Technology Association, and Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong RWA Global Industry Alliance, stated in his keynote speech that on-chain data is the core driving force behind the development of Web3 and RWA. From Web1 to Web2, and then to Web3, data has gradually evolved from a basic carrier to a core asset and value hub. Data is not only a carrier of information but also a core element in building a decentralized ecosystem. Liu Chen mentioned that Web3 brings new production tools and promotes the development of productivity, forcing a reconstruction of production relationships. On-chain data analysis tools, as the production tools of the new era, serve as the "infrastructure" and "translator" for application implementation, functioning as the "converter of Web3." Regarding the current challenges of data fragmentation, the contradiction between privacy and transparency, and the high threshold for tools in Web3, Liu Chen stated that to make production factors "truly flow," data must continuously provide value and power like water, coal, and electricity.
