"Existence of human error," a local area in Wisconsin, USA, will recount the votes.

On Nov. 6, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, spokesman Jeff Fleming said the city would "very cautiously" recount about 30,000 absentee ballots through the tabulator after confirming that the door on the tabulator was not closed properly. Fleming said that all the tabulation machines were set to zero and the ballots would pass through the machines again. He said it could add a few hours to the vote-counting process. Fleming said that the problems with the machines were caused by human error, and "we don't believe they have been tampered with in any way".
