Ripple’s RLUSD demo highlights payment tracking, reporting, and conversion tools aimed at enterprises seeking faster, cheaper cross-border transactions.

The platform allows seamless conversion between RLUSD and fiat currencies, including the British pound, for settlement in over 50 countries.

Ripple emphasizes institutional adoption with RLUSD now live in Japan and integrated into Aave’s Horizon RWA Market for broader use cases.

Ripple has released a public demo of its Ripple Payments product, designed to showcase the use of its stablecoin, Ripple USD (RLUSD), in enterprise payment solutions. The demo, shared by senior director Reece Merrick, is now available on the company’s official website. It demonstrates how RLUSD can function across multiple markets and become part of corporate payment flows.

The platform enables businesses to send payments to recipients in more than 50 countries. It allows RLUSD to be converted into traditional money, including the British pound, before reaching customers. This functionality is presented as a way to simplify settlement for firms managing high-volume international transactions.

RLUSD Expansion and Availability

Ripple has recently expanded RLUSD into Japan, supported by a $24 million mint. The move signals the company’s intent to widen stablecoin adoption among institutional clients. Additionally, RLUSD is now listed on Aave’s Horizon RWA Market, extending its reach into decentralized finance alongside enterprise settlement tools.

The demo provides users with access to balances in both U.S. dollars and RLUSD. It includes exchange rate details, transaction history, and payout options. Moreover, the platform emphasizes transparency by displaying exchange rates in real time, ensuring users know the value of their digital assets at the point of settlement.

Payment Management Tools

Besides core settlement capabilities, Ripple highlights tools for payment tracking, reporting, and beneficiary management. The interface allows businesses to initiate payments, convert assets, and monitor transaction flows efficiently. These functions are intended to streamline operations for institutions handling frequent cross-border transactions.

The company positions this demo as part of its broader strategy to expand enterprise offerings. By providing an accessible preview, Ripple aims to demonstrate practical benefits to potential customers ahead of a wider release. The initiative underscores Ripple’s push to strengthen its presence in stablecoin settlement and enterprise payment infrastructure.
