It's pretty silly for an old man to share his experiences with young people about their youth. The experiences from the cake-making era are useless in the cake-sharing era.



We often say to learn from those who have results, but the experiences of the previous generation cannot be replicated. We should seek peers and younger teachers, as their experiences are often more worth learning from.

Oh right, there's one thing about the old guys' experience that is still useful: risk awareness and bottom-line thinking.
