Since I started to slowly study the Near @NEARProtocol ecosystem last time, I found that the Near ecosystem has also gradually gained popularity. If you have time, you can take a look here!

Today, let's talk about a project mentioned above, which is @intellex_xyz, and it is about to have its TGE on the Near chain. The token is called $ITLX. Let's take a closer look!

1: Let's first take a look at the background of the project.
Intellex is not a new team; it has been working on enterprise AI for 5 years, helping large companies manage the collaboration of different systems.

For example, automating the synchronization of inventory and supplier delivery for Wendy's hamburgers, eliminating the need for manual spreadsheet transmission; having served major brands like Nestlé and Bridgestone, earning over ten million dollars a year during the Web2 era.

Later, I switched to Web3 mainly because there were too many AI systems in the enterprise, but the data was not interconnected, each managing its own. For example, if Nestlé's inventory AI and SF Express's logistics AI wanted to cooperate on transferring goods, not only would they have to sign a bunch of agreements to prevent data leaks, but even if they succeeded, it would be unclear who contributed more and how to divide the money.

The "unchangeable" nature of blockchain and the "accounting with tokens" can precisely solve these two problems. Therefore, they moved the previously validated collaborative methods onto the chain and created a "bottom-level protocol for AI Agent cross-chain collaboration," which is the origin of Intellex.

What is the vision of the project?
Now, the general impression of AI is still that of a "single AI helping to do certain tasks," such as intelligent customer service answering questions and AI automatically writing copy.

But Intellex wants to do more than just this; they want AI to be able to team up like humans: with division of labor, the ability to remember things, and reliability, so that even if they come from different companies and different systems, they can work together to handle complex tasks.

Here's a possible example: You ordered a box of imported fruits in a community group purchase, and there might be 5 AI assistants working together behind the scenes:

AI responsible for customs clearance: automatically verify customs information to confirm that the fruit can come in;

AI responsible for the cold chain: monitoring the temperature during transportation to ensure the freshness of fruits;

AI from the community group leader: Estimate how much can be sold today, don't order too much to avoid waste;

AI for Managing Payments: Automatically calculates how much commission the group leader should receive based on sales and costs.

After-sales AI: If there are issues with the fruit, automatically initiate compensation.

These AIs may come from customs systems, logistics companies, or the tools of the team leaders, but through Intellex's framework, they can organize things like a temporary team without needing someone to supervise or communicate back and forth.

This is what Intellex aims to do: to enable AI to collaborate with each other like being connected to a network, transforming the capabilities of a single AI into the combined power of a group of AIs working together.

Three: Why is it worth being curious? Let's first look at the features that can be used now.

To determine whether a project is reliable, don't just listen to the vision; you have to look at what can actually be used right now.

Intellex has already built core functionalities on NEAR and has been collaborating with Nestlé for more than 3 months. The value can be seen from the practical use cases.

For example, Nestlé is conducting regional promotions: in the past, when launching new products in 10 cities, they had to manually collect the inventory, weather, and local festivals for each city before formulating strategies.

Now using Intellex:
The inventory AI of each city will transmit real-time inventory to the blockchain (data encrypted, only authorized personnel can view);

Weather AI obtains data from the meteorological bureau, automatically identifies cities with fewer rainy days, and suggests promoting "door-to-door delivery";

The local festival AI will remind "There's a food festival in a certain city," and suggest more promotion.
The final strategy is that AI aggregates all data and automatically generates promotional plans for each city, which are directly used by the stores.

There are two benefits that were previously unattainable:
First, cross-system collaboration is now possible: inventory data comes from Nestlé's own system, while weather data comes from external platforms. Previously, these systems did not communicate with each other, but now they can directly exchange information thanks to Intellex.

Second, the accounting is reliable: the contributions of each AI (for example, the weather AI providing key data) will be recorded on the chain, and Nestlé pays with $ITLX, allowing the developers of these AIs to receive payment directly — thus forming a cycle of "providing service → receiving rewards."

This functionality that can be used now and also helps save costs is much more practical than the concept of "maybe it will work in the future!"

Four: Where is the special part? Because it solves three problems that others haven't solved.

Many AI + blockchain projects are now stuck: either the AI says "approximately", while the blockchain requires "exact numbers"; or the AI's reputation and experience on different chains cannot be transferred, making long-term collaboration impossible. Intellex has solved these issues.

First, let AI's "vague statements" be utilized by the blockchain.
AI often says "probably sell 800 to 1200 pieces", but the blockchain needs to clarify "if we sell enough 1000 pieces, we will restock" - these two used to be inconsistent.

Intellex has developed an intelligent adjustment method: first, let the AI clearly label the reliability of "800-1200 pieces" (for example, a 60% probability). If the probability exceeds 80%, the blockchain will prepare for 1000 pieces; if the probability is low, it will start with fewer pieces and adjust based on the data, so that the AI's fuzzy predictions can also be utilized by the blockchain.

Second, give AI a "cross-chain ID card" that can also carry "memory".
In the past, the AI's reputation for "accuracy in predictions" accumulated on Chain A was not recognized on Chain B; the experience of "stocking 30% more goods on rainy days" recorded on Chain A was forgotten on Chain B.

Third, Intellex has given each AI a unique identity.
Performance that can be bound on different chains (such as prediction records on NEAR, scores on Avalanche) can be checked anywhere. Previous collaboration experience is also encrypted and stored on the chain, allowing for direct use in the next collaboration.

Fourth, let AI collaboration have "automatic rules".
A group of AIs collaborate, some calculate contributions based on "speed", while others calculate money based on "accuracy", but in the end, it is often difficult to tally up.

Intellex is like a smart project manager: it sets the rules for "how to divide the work, how to calculate contributions, and how to distribute rewards" before starting.

For example, when working for Nestlé, the inventory AI calculates payment based on "how fast the data updates," while the strategy AI calculates payment based on "how well the promotions sell"; if someone frequently makes mistakes, they won't be used first next time. This way, the collaboration has rules and also has rewards and punishments.

Five: What are the planning concepts for the $ITLX ecosystem?

Whether ecology can succeed depends largely on whether more people can participate. Intellex aims to ensure that three types of people can benefit:

Companies: Such as Nestlé and Wendy's, can connect with external AI (like logistics and customs) using it, without having to develop all functions themselves, which can save money; their own AI (like Nestlé's sales forecasting AI) can also be used by other companies, earning $ITLX.

Developer: Those who can create AI models do not need to work for big companies—turn the model into an Agent and place it on the platform, and earn $ITLX automatically when someone uses it. For example, create a "local festival prediction" Agent and sell it to businesses that want to run promotions; it can generate income continuously.

Ordinary people: can also participate, for example by allowing the weather Agent to use your local weather data (the data is anonymous), the Agent makes money, and you can get a share of $ITLX.

These roles are interconnected: enterprises use $ITLX to buy services, while developers and ordinary people earn $ITLX by providing services; $ITLX can also be used to vote on ecosystem rules (such as adding new cooperation scenarios). This cycle of "the more you use, the more you earn" is much more interesting and practical than simply speculating on coins.

Finally, let me briefly share my opinion:
To determine whether a project is worth keeping an eye on, the main consideration is whether it has irreplaceable capabilities. Intellex has three key points:

First, it has experience working with large companies - the collaboration rules validated during previous services to enterprises (such as how to calculate contributions and how to distribute rewards) can be directly transferred to the blockchain, avoiding the need to start from scratch and saving a lot of detours.

Second, it pairs well with NEAR — NEAR has fast speeds and low transaction fees, making it ideal for AI high-frequency data transmission (such as updating inventory every minute); now NEAR is promoting a new ecosystem, and as an AI collaboration tool, it may attract more enterprise users to NEAR.

Thirdly, it's no longer just talk — there are actual cooperation cases in progress, with contract codes visible on the chain, and ordinary people can participate in its activities (with a reward of 30,000 USD). This tangible aspect is more reliable than what is still being tested.

Of course, there are things to observe: for example, whether the $ITLX token can circulate smoothly (let's not have nobody wanting it), and whether it can attract more people to create AI tools. But at least for now, it can solve real problems and has practical capabilities — this is already rare in AI + blockchain.

If you are interested in how AI can really be applied in the industry, you can pay more attention to it. It may not suddenly become a hit, but this steady progress often leads to stability. Also, there is a reward collaboration on Kaito @KaitoAI, with a bonus of 30000 USDC currently ongoing, rewarding the top 75 members. If you have time, you can also participate!
