Golden Finance reports that the Wisconsin State Senate in the United States has introduced a new bill SB386, which proposes that all Bitcoin ATMs fully implement identification verification (KYC). Transactions must present identification information, with a single transaction limit of 1000 USD, and must collect other personal information to strengthen regulation.
