Fed meeting minutes released, market rate cut expectations decline.

On August 21, the Fed released the minutes from the July meeting this morning, which pointed out that the trade war has brought significant uncertainty, and the downward revision of non-farm payrolls has intensified concerns about economic slowdown.

According to data from the data platform, the current market expectation for a 25 basis point rate cut in September has dropped to 68%, while the probability of a 50 basis point rate cut has fallen to 2%.
