China United Development Holdings plans to acquire a 20% stake in RWA tokenization-related business company NVTH Limited for HKD 100 million.
According to Foresight News, as reported by Zhitong Finance, China United Development Holdings (00264.HK) announced that on August 21, 2025, the company intends to acquire 20% of the issued share capital of NVTH Limited from the RWA tokenization-related business company NVTSH Limited, at a price of HKD 100 million (subject to adjustments), of which HKD 40 million will be paid in cash; and HKD 60 million will be paid through the issuance of 42.253 million consideration shares, with an issue price of HKD 1.42 per consideration share.
