He stated that this would help bring shadow settlements worth 100s of billions of rubles into the legal framework, increase federal budget revenue, and combat remote fraud and criminal financing. At the same time, the encryption bank could also provide compliant channels for Russian miners to sell their mining proceeds. Currently, Belarus has established encryption exchanges and brokers in high-tech parks, achieving the decriminalization of digital currency and tax growth.
