PANews May 13 news, YZi Labs announced the investment terms for its global incubation program EASY Residence aimed at Web3, AI, and other fields, planning to invest $500,000 in each accepted startup; this investment is divided into two parts: $150,000 in the form of a Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE) for 5% equity (and applicable other rights); after the demo day, an additional $350,000 investment will be made in the form of a SAFE with no cap in the next round of financing.
