Tianfeng Securities: Subsidiary has obtained the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) third type virtual asset license and can provide virtual asset trading services.
On June 27, Tianfeng Securities stated that there are the following types of virtual asset-related licenses from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC): 1) Operating a virtual asset trading platform; 2) Managing an investment portfolio with more than 10% in virtual assets; 3) Providing virtual asset trading services through a comprehensive account arrangement; 4) Providing advice on virtual assets; 5) Acting as an introducing agent for a virtual asset trading platform. The wholly-owned subsidiary Tianfeng International Securities and Futures Limited has obtained approval from the Hong Kong SFC for the aforementioned item 3 "Providing virtual asset trading services through a comprehensive account arrangement."
