According to HCMC, construction permits have been waived for 112 projects: Nam Long, Ha Do, Van Phat Hung, along with many participating enterprises.

With the approval of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, the Department of Construction of Ho Chi Minh City has just announced 112 projects that meet the conditions for exemption from construction permits according to current construction regulations in the city.

Among these, many projects are conducted by listed companies, including: the 10.7ha area of Tan Thuan Dong ward by Nam Long Investment Joint Stock Company (#NLG); Khu dân cư phía Bắc rạch Bà Bướm của CTCP Địa ốc Sài Gòn Thương Tín (#SCR); Ha Do residential area by Ha Do Urban Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (#HDG); Khu dân cư Long Thới – Nhơn Đức, huyện Nhà Bè, do CTCP Đầu tư Kinh doanh Nhà (#ITC); 5 projects by Vạn Phát Hưng Joint Stock Company (#VPH).
