ChainCatcher news, Hong Kong listed company Derlin Holdings announced a supplementary announcement on September 1, disclosing that it has made a subscription for equity in Asseto Holding Limited, as well as the group's management fund's subscription for shares in Pangu Software Pte Ltd.
Derlin Holdings stated that the valuation after the Asseto equity subscription transaction is $40 million, with holdings of Class A common stock reaching 77,352 shares, while the subscription amount for Pangu Software Pte Ltd is $1 million. Both parties will jointly build a digital asset platform that covers tokenized assets in both the virtual and real worlds.
