POR consensus algorithm

Rendering capability proof integrates verification transactions, token stakes, and workload frequency. Every 15 minutes, the Aethir network randomly selects nodes to execute verification transactions to obtain computing and rendering capabilities; the token stake by nodes is a credit commitment, with more staked indicating a lower probability of default or malicious behavior; the lower the frequency of node selection, the relatively higher the probability of executing tasks (, while considering the performance to demand matching degree ) to ensure fairness.
