On July 26, Jin10 reported that on July 25 local time, Turkish Foreign Minister Fidan stated that Turkey is coordinating the process for a leaders' summit in Turkey involving the parties related to the Russia-Ukraine conflict, and that the Russian and Ukrainian sides have reached a preliminary agreement. Fidan mentioned that during previous diplomatic contacts, discussions were held regarding whether the leaders could meet and in what manner, and there was a general agreement to hold a leaders' summit in Turkey. He pointed out that negotiations are still progressing, and the deeper the exchanges between the two sides, the more they can demonstrate the "willingness to reach a consensus in a middle position." Turkey is committed to creating an environment conducive to dialogue. He expressed optimism about reaching a "transitional solution" in the future.
