Germany proposes redeploying the "Patriot" system in Poland

On November 29, Jinshi Data reported that the German Ministry of Defense issued a statement on November 28 local time stating that Germany has proposed to redeploy the "Patriot" air defense missile system in Poland in early next year. German Defense Minister Pistorius stated that Germany is currently negotiating the specific details with Poland, other allies, and NATO. The "Patriot" system and related personnel may be deployed in Poland for six months. This is intended to protect a logistics hub in Poland that transports goods to Ukraine. From January to November 2023, Germany previously deployed three "Patriot" air defense missile systems and 300 soldiers in Poland.
